TRAVEL BEYOND MY NICHE
The day was not usual when i was made to wake up by my dad’s big laughter...!Though it was a weekend i opened my eyes slowly not showing a sign of laziness...the clock showed 1 min past my routine...yet it was the most weirdly thing in my life to wink my eyes to show I am already in the process of doing everything on time but ultimately with no literal movement! I was slowly listening to my dad’s talk and also tried to correlate the reason for the big laughter appeared suddenly in him...! The master mind on knowing the happenings does not work good .So I made a usual walk to my mom and she gave me a different smile and told me it s already time. My thoughts started waving away for a few seconds “hurray..!!!”. My face showered with content when she said we are going for a picnic. The moment I started to think about it ,lots of questions rose up inside me..., by the mean time My dad mitigated this topic calling my mom for some important talk...but I felt that information will do..
I plunged into readying my stuff right from my small bindis to my camera and a book (something that i carry everywhere and bring it back untouched) ... my mom was worried about my robe as I am a bit different in that way making people, even my mom and dad show a distraught reaction over it.
After a huge hiatus, I had a chance to have a family outing and that too A perfect place la mahabalipuram...! the driver in a perfect white uniform would have obviously felt some discomfort when my sisters and brothers busy tuning the songs .But nothing insisted me joining them because I would have even loved listening to any number as my enthusiastic mind was busy counting and admiring what made others busy ...gazing at what they were doing, though was a bit strange, had fun that way. I was not compelled to troupe with anybody, which made me realise that the core of my real happiness is when people are doing their real best in being my counterpart in each and every moments of fun . Then my thoughts shifted towards the place we were heading towards “a resort...”!
“a resort ??suddenly what my imagination triggered was the hero holidaying out in the movie... ???” contemplating them lead my busy mind build many doubts about the place but finally wished to make a silent move inside knowing the fact that it’s better to enjoy looking around instead missing all the visuals and gripping my eyes over the one who explains .I even felt it as sane trip as I was taken away by a challenging game the oldies took. I was not exact until I scrutinised the whole area, but oh my gosh!....it was only them ..Found them playing as if there was a national level oldies championship...! Or perhaps not being called so, they were heroes and heroines in their real life...!
Phew...They drew whole of our attention for few minutes.A wonderful smell of channa masala from a nearby place made my tummy to start off its work...!I almost plunged into eating not knowing my granny still had to finish her first set of food after her 2 and 3 round of the same... !My papa was bit more engaged in knowing the recipes. Everybody enjoyed their dejuner ...next was a heavy talk...!It lasted a few hours. But I spent all those hours thinking of my first chapter in bit clumsy subject Principle Of Communication for a minute .So I tried to close my eyes wondering about my next day POC test...All of a sudden a shaky voice whispering for some more ice-cream with assorted fruits !.
It was my granny...! Whoopee..!have not experienced such a enjoyable trip with her.Her face bloomed ,her eyes focused .something which is rare to be noticed !my dad and sisters were working out some GK by a side .. Some were discussing about the worldly things and other side there was the deep analysis on how the food was cooked and placed. My eyes started to show the symptoms of the heavy lunch and my mind wandered ...I gave a glance of the beau scenery near by which is said to be” the most dangerous beach”.
Later the group slowly moved back to the entrance and had a snap! A Huge family snap!!Those moments when all posed for a snap was the most wonderful ...and nostalgic thing I have ever experienced with my relatives...
Then we moved towards the temple so called the “shore temple of mahabalipuram”. I have often heard of it, even felt jealous of my friends in my school days who had enjoyed a whole day with a bunch of snacks and games. Even i thought - i should have challenged them saying “i will go to the same place ,have more fun than they had”. no wonder it has to be the highest sane trip i had ever went , where i realised -it’s good to visit some places a bit late, so that we feel the typical enjoyment in it.
It’s an obvious thing that there usually is a stretched path to reach some wonderful places. And all of the sudden my conscience replied -you will know where to reach only when you seek a right path towards it. Felt I was so pragmatic and made my imagination divert towards my cousins. There was a small commotion struck amongst them when I noticed everybody’s eyes were so sharp as if there has been some great criterion behind the topic of the talk. I would not have left my verdict if it was about digital circuits, coding or some political stuff. But the instant they uttered some words of ghosts and spirits and some experiences related to them, i was stunned as if something gripped me over .this made my grey matter in my head revive in no other thoughtful way, but to listen them eagerly. I even felt I had to turn around to find some special thing that would increase my photographic skills. Just thinking the same i reached the temple ,loved the monuments, loved to give a photogenic posture for my black dig cam. Though a bit vague kind of pose , enjoyed my first ever my “own style way” on camera.
All enjoyed a snap without neglecting the fact “our smile is worth the millions of stars in the sky which shrink the worries to grow and shine more!
”WAS THAT JUST A DAY OR A HUGE DREAM THAT HAS HAUNTED ME TO WRITE...??” Wonder it’s better not to contemplate even more!!!
